I would bank it for now so you aren't burning charges and pull it back out when you are able to afford the bowfa. It's a marginal range accuracy bonus over blessed d'hide. Use it where you'd use that.You also get armor seeds, but they're useless without the enhanced seed since regular crystal bow is still trash. I switch to chunkium when I'm in a skybase to give my arrows double reach to pick off bosses. Obamium is the best you can get. It takes 130 hours of constantly firing a bowfa to use up all the charges 2k crystal shards would have given. If you ever plan on selling the bowfa later, then corrupting is a waste of gp.
